  • Brown sugar 25 g
  • Knorr Liquid Smoke 20 ml
  • Sea salt flakes 6 g
  • Tomato sauce 125 g
  • Dijon mustard 15 g
  • Worcestershire sauce 15 ml
  • Apple cider vinegar 5 ml
  • Pork ribs 1 kg
  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven to 180 ⁰C.
    • In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients (except for the ribs) together, and mix until combined. Portion out the ribs and marinate them in the sauce for 10 minutes.
    • Place the ribs together with the sauce in a 'cook-in-a-bag' bag. Seal and cook in pressure cooker for 45 minutes.
    • For a sticky effect, place ribs and sauce in oven or airfryer at 180 ⁰C for 5 minutes.
