Smoky BBQ Ribs
Why spend hours making sticky barbecue ribs when you can make them in under one hour ? Offer your diners fall-off-the-bone, sweet and sticky barbecue ribs with this stellar recipe featuring a pressure cooker and an airfryer.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 ⁰C.
- In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients (except for the ribs) together, and mix until combined. Portion out the ribs and marinate them in the sauce for 10 minutes.
- Place the ribs together with the sauce in a 'cook-in-a-bag' bag. Seal and cook in pressure cooker for 45 minutes.
- For a sticky effect, place ribs and sauce in oven or airfryer at 180 ⁰C for 5 minutes.
