Mashed potatoes:

  • Milk, cold 240 ml
  • Water (hot) 510 ml
  • Butter 20 g

Chicken Stew:

  • 100g palm oil
  • Onions ,diced 130 g
  • Pepper, red 64 g
  • Pepper, green 64 g
  • Pepper, yellow 64 g
  • Garlic and ginger mix 30 g
  • Chicken pieces 1.2 kg
  • Water 500 ml
  1. Mashed potatoes:

    • Bring water to a boil and add the butter, Turmeric, and Knorr Aromat.
    • Remove from stove.
    • Add milk.
    • Pour Knorr Mash Flakes and briskly stir with a whisk. Cover and leave to rest.
  2. Chicken Stew:

    • Heat oil in a pot, add onions and peppers and sauté until soft.
    • Add garlic and ginger and cook for a minute.
    • Add Rajah mild & spicy and fry for 2 minutes.
    • Add chicken pieces and cook for a further minute.
    • Add Knorr Tomato pronto and water, bring to boil and let it simmer until chicken is cooked.
    • Season with Knorr Aromat, stir well and serve on top of mashed potatoes.
