Spicy Grilled Melange of Seafood:

  • Prawns (with tails), deveined and shelled 4 pc
  • Calamari tubes with tenticles50g
  • Mussels, freshcooked and in shell 50 g
  • Linefish of Choice, cut into bite size cubes100g
  • Oil 50 ml
  • Lemon(1/2 in no) 100 g
  1. Spicy Grilled Melange of Seafood:

    • Place all the seafood in a bowl.
    • Add the Robertsons spices and mix thorough.
    • In a hot pan, add oil and begin frying the seafood that takes the longest to cook, followed by the next longest until you add the mussels last.
  2. Chefs Tip:

    • Squeeze half a lemon into the pan and mix through the savoury rice.
    • Serve with Savoury Rice and lemon wedge.
    • Can add bacon, chorizo or a cheaper fish (not linefish) to bulk the dish.
