  1. Method:

    • Roughly pull cooked chicken apart and mix together with Hellmann's Fine Whip.
    • Butter two slices of homemade bread and place buttered side down on chopping board. Spread the chicken-mayo mix on one slice of bread, top with rocket leaves and close the sandwich. Place in a griddle pan and grill until golden brown.
  2. Chef's Note:

    Be creative with your filling by incorporating ingredients such as olives, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, fresh herbs, pulses ect. to make signature sandwiches.
