Injera is the main component of Ethiopian cuisine and found on every Ethiopian restaurant menu. In this video, Chef Nazareth Kefle shares her injera recipe and shows you how to make the fermented flatbread using gluten-free teff grain from East Africa.

Doro Wot is an Ethiopian stew made with chicken and spiced with butter and Ethiopian berbere. In this video, Chef Nazareth Kefle shows you step by step how to make this popular Ethiopian cuisine, which is served on injera in a sharing platter.

In this video, Chef Nazareth Kefle takes you through the final steps of making Ethiopian stew, including when to add spiced butter and mekelesha (a spice mix made from nutmeg, cardamom and black pepper).
