  • Granulated sugar 500 g
  • Toasted almond flakes 100 g

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Place the sugar in a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved and starts to caramelise. Add the almond flakes, stir through and remove from the heat. Pour onto a Teflon sheet or greased tray, spread evenly and allow to set.
