Granulated sugar 500.0 g
Toasted almond flakes 100.0 g
- Place the sugar in a saucepan and stir until the sugar has dissolved and starts to caramelise. Add the almond flakes, stir through and remove from the heat. Pour onto a Teflon sheet or greased tray, spread evenly and allow to set.
