A gourmet smash beef burger built on a toasted brioche bun, layered with fresh leaves and a smoky baconnaise made with Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise. Finished with crispy matchstick fries, parmesan, and truffle oil for a rich, elevated take on comfort food.

Preparation

  1. Burger patty

    1. Combine beef mince with Robertsons Barbecue Spice. Shape into 300 g patties. Pan-fry on both sides for 3 min.
  2. Baconnaise

    1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Fries

    1. Pre-heat a deep fryer at 170 °C. Deep-fry chips till golden brown and set aside on a paper towel.
  4. Assemble

    1. Spread Baconnaise on the bottom burger bun, add salad leaves, burger patty, matchstick fries, parmesan cheese and chives, and close the burger.
