Black Forest Brownie Triffle

  • Milk 125.0 ml
  • Pecan nuts 50.0 g
  • Sherry 15.0 ml
  • Mixed berries, frozen 125.0 g
  • Castor sugar 25.0 g
  • Cream 125.0 ml
  1. Black Forest Brownie Triffle

    • Line a 17.5 × 13.5 baking tray with grease proof paper.
    • In an electric beater with a paddle attachment, whisk Carte D’Or Brownie Mix and milk together for 3 minutes. Fold in chopped Pecan Nuts.
    • Bake brownie mix for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
    • Whisk cream and castor sugar until firm.
    • Divide the brownie and berries into 8 portions.
    • Layer in each glass portions of brownie, Carte D’Or Wild Berry Sauce, mixed berries and cream.
    • Repeat process until the top of the glass is reached.
    • Garnish with berries on the top.
