Brewtiful Cappuccino Chocolate Mousse
- Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, both chocolate mousse mixes and coffee.
- Using an electric whisk, whisk for 1 min on low speed then on high speed for 3 min, set aside in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Pipe into mini coffee/espresso cups.
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings or a dollop of whipped cream.
- For something a little unique, add chilli flakes to the mousse mixture for a choco-chilli mousse.
