Cajun Chicken:

Slaw:

To assemble:

  • Wraps 10.0 whole
  • Streaky bacon (fried crispy, roughly chopped) 300.0 g
  • Avocado (thinly sliced) 500.0 g

Preparation

  1. Cajun Chicken:

    • Combine the chicken with the Robertsons Cajun Spice, garlic and lemon juice.
    • Fry the chicken until cooked.
  2. Slaw:

    • Combine the slaw ingredients together and set aside.
  3. To assemble:

    • Fill the wraps with chicken, bacon bits, slaw and avo. Roll up to enclose, cut in half and serve.
  4. Chef’s Tip:

    • Lay the bacon on a flat tray and grill to give it a better crispy texture.
