  • Red chilli (finely chopped) 7.0 g

  1. Step 1

    • Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. 
  2. Step 2

    • Place potatoes and oil in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to a roasting tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from oven and drain on paper towel. Season with Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.
  3. Step 3

    • Mix the Knorr Tomato Pronto, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and chilli together. Then pour into an insert.
  4. Step 4

    • Place the potato skins over the tomato relish, sprinkle cheese over and gratinate. 
  5. Step5

    • Drizzle with Hellmann’s Creamy Salad Dressing and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Chef's Tip:

    • Replace potatoes with chips.
