  1. Method:

    1. Heat the oil and fry the onions for 1 min.
    2. Add the gizzards and water, and cook for 30 min.
    3. Mix the Knorr Professional Brown Onion Soup with some cold water and add it to the gizzards. Allow to thicken while stirring for 5 min.
    4. Remove from the heat and serve with pap, samp and beans, or rice.
