  • Milk (pasteurised full cream milk, UHT or low fat milk) 500.0 ml
  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven to 170 °C.
    • Add 500 ml milk to 1 kg CARTE D'OR Chocolate Brownie mix.
    • With an electric beater (paddle beater attachment), mix for 1 minute at low speed, followed by 2 minutes at high speed.
    • Pour mix into a greased 30 x 23.5 x 4 cm baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 30 minutes.
    • Once baked, turn out onto a cooling rack and leave until completely cooled before cutting. Cut into 12 portions.
  2. Garnish:

    • Garnish with CARTE D'OR 2-in-1 Chocolate Sauce & Milkshake Syrup.
