An intense chocolate treat which you can serve warm or cold. Either way, this is an explosion of deliciousness.
Milk (pasteurised full cream milk, UHT or low fat milk) 500.0 ml
- Pre-heat oven to 170 °C.
- Add 500 ml milk to 1 kg CARTE D'OR Chocolate Brownie mix.
- With an electric beater (paddle beater attachment), mix for 1 minute at low speed, followed by 2 minutes at high speed.
- Pour mix into a greased 30 x 23.5 x 4 cm baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 30 minutes.
- Once baked, turn out onto a cooling rack and leave until completely cooled before cutting. Cut into 12 portions.
- Garnish with CARTE D'OR 2-in-1 Chocolate Sauce & Milkshake Syrup.
