Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C. 
    2. Wash the chicken and pat dry. 
    3. Mix all the ingredients to make a wet rub and coat the chicken well. Allow to marinate for 30 min. 
    4. Roast the chicken skin-side up for 35-40 min or until done. Remove from the oven and serve.
  2. Chef's Tip

    1. Serve with a side salad, mixed vegetables or fries.
