Method:

  • Flour 10 g
  • Water (cold) 70 ml
  • Sugar 5 g
  • 1 drop Red food colouring
  • 20 g Coconut oil (for frying per tuile)

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Combine ingredients (except for the coconut oil) and whisk together well. Pour into a squeezy bottle. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Shake the mixture well and squeeze into the oil, allowing to fry until the mixture resembles a coral texture. Gently remove and place on paper towel to drain the excess oil, and allow to cool.
