  • Chicken breast fillets (Chop into fine pieces) 800.0 g
  • Red pepper 200.0 g

  • 3 tins x 420 g Creamed styled sweetcorn 420.0 g
  • 2 tins x 410 g Whole corn kernels 410.0 g

Step 3

  • Coriander (roughly chopped) 30.0 g
  1. Step 1

    • Add all the ingredients together in a pot and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Step 2

    • Turn down the heat and allow to simmer, while stirring occasionally for 30 min.
  3. Step 3

    • Remove from the heat, portion into grab-and-go containers to serve garnished with sprigs of coriander.
  4. Chefs Tip

    • For some heat add some finely chopped deseeded chilli for that extra punch.
