A hearty, elevated eggs benedict built on toasted English muffins and golden hash browns, with crispy bacon, prosciutto, and savoury sausage. Finished with poached eggs, velvety Knorr Professional Hollandaise Sauce, and a garnish of smoked paprika, pickled onions, and microgreens.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Split and toast English muffins until golden brown.
    2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon for a minute or two per side until crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, fry breakfast sausages.
    3. Bring a pot to a gentle simmer, add vinegar, crack egg into a small bowl, stir water gently to create a swirl and slide in egg for 3 to 4 min. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
    Assemble Egg Benedict:
    1. Place toasted muffin on plate.
    2. Top each muffin with hash brown, ham, bacon and sausages.
    3. Add one poached egg on top each muffin. Add a warm generous helping of Knorr Professional Hollandaise Sauce over eggs.
    4. Garnish with Robertsons Smoked Paprika, micro-greens and red pickled onions.
