To Prep:

  • Orange zest 2 g
  • 200g Orage slices (10each)
  • 1.3kg Chicken Thighs(10 portions)

To Cook:

  1. To Prep:

    20 minutes
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    • Zest the orange.
    • Slice the oranges into 10 slices.
    • Arrange the chicken thighs in a roasting dish. Sprinkle with Robertsons Chicken Spice and top each chicken thigh with a slice of orange.
  2. To Cook:

    40 minutes
    • Bake the chicken thighs in a preheated oven for20 minutes.
    • To make the sauce, bring the Knorr Honey and Soy Sauce, orange juice, Knorr Sweet Chilli Sauce, oil and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning to the boil.Pour the sauce evenly over the cooked chicken thighs, and bake in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and serve.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside the guilt-free fired-up potato salad.
  4. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside the guilt-free fired-up potato salad.
  5. Top Tip:

    • Add baby potatoes and baby carrots into the roasting dish alongside the chicken.
