To Prep:

  • Orange zest 2 g
  • Chicken thighs (10 portions) 1.3 kg
  • Orange slices (10 each) 200 g

To Cook:

  1. To Prep:

    20 minutes
    • Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
    • Arrange the chicken thighs in a roasting dish. Sprinkle with Robertsons Chicken Spice and top each chicken thigh with a slice of orange.
  2. To Cook:

    40 minutes
    • Bake the chicken thighs for 20 minutes.
    • To make the sauce, bring the Knorr Professional Honey & Soy Sauce, orange juice, Knorr Professional Sweet Chilli Sauce, oil and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning to the boil. Pour the sauce evenly over the cooked chicken thighs, and bake in the oven at 160 °C for 20 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and serve.
  3. Top Tip:

    • Add baby potatoes and baby carrots into the roasting dish alongside the chicken.
