Meatballs to Cook:

Sauce to prep:

  • Garlic 11.0 g
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2.0 g
  • Sauce:
  • Fresh ginger 20.0 g

Sauce to cook:

Pork  meat balls smothered in a sweet chilli and tomato sauce



  1. Meatballs to Prep:

    • Remove the casing from the pork sausages.
    • Grate the apples.
    • Finely chop the coriander.
    • Finely chop the red onion.
    • Grate the cheddar cheese.
  2. Meatballs to Cook:

    • To make the meatballs, mix together all the ingredients until well- combined. Roll into 80g balls and arrange in a roasting dish.
  3. Sauce to prep:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    • Finely chop the ginger.
    • Finely chop the garlic.
    • Deseed and slice the green chillies.
  4. Sauce to cook:

    • To make the sauce, mix together all the ingredients and pour the mixture evenly over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    • Remove form the oven and serve.
  5. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside the scrumptious baby marrow fiesta.
  6. Top Tip:

    • Replace the pork with chicken mince or add extra chilli to bring more of a fiery taste to the sauce.
