Preparation

  1. Meatballs to Prep:

    • Remove the 1Kg meat from the pork sausages 
    • Grate the 250g apples.
    • Finely chop the 24g coriander.
    • Finely chop the 111g red onion.
    • Grate the 100g cheddar cheese.
  2. Meatballs to Cook:

    • To make the meatballs, in a large bowl, add pork sausages, apples, coriander, cheese, red onion, 5g Robertsons chicken spice, 5g Robertsons veggie seasoning, 100g Knorr professional original chicken breading, 200g breadcrumbs and mix until well- combined. 
    • Roll into 80g balls and arrange in a roasting dish.
  3. Sauce to prep:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    • Finely chop the ginger.
    • Finely chop the garlic.
    • Deseed and slice the green chillies.
  4. Sauce to cook:

    • To make the sauce, add 1Kg Knorr Professional tomato pronto, 100g Knorr professional sweet chilli sauce, apple juice in a jug and mix well.
    • Pour the mixture evenly over the meatballs. 
    • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and serve.
  5. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside the scrumptious baby marrow fiesta.
  6. Top Tip:

    • Replace the pork with chicken mince or add extra chilli to bring more of a fiery taste to the sauce.
