  • Butter, melted 50.0 g


  • Potatoes 213.0 kg
  1. Supreme:

    • Season the chicken supreme with Robertsons Chicken Spice and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
    • Seal the chicken in the melted butter, remove from pan.
  2. Potato:

    • Arrange the sliced potatoes in a circular shape in the middle of the pan.
    • Place back on heat and lightly sauté potatoes without moving them around (keep the shape of the circle)
    • Take off the heat and place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
    • Pour melted butter juices over the chicken.
    • Place in oven and cook until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. Assembly:

    • Served with lightly grilled baby tomatoes, roasted garlic, caramalized onions and blanched asparagus spears and just before serving add freshly zested lemon
