Grilled Chicken Breast
Our Robertsons Veggie Seasoning brings a simple chicken supreme to life as it delivers texture, flavour and colour in one easy step.
- Season the chicken supreme with Robertsons Chicken Spice and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
- Seal the chicken in the melted butter, remove from pan.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes in a circular shape in the middle of the pan.
- Place back on heat and lightly sauté potatoes without moving them around (keep the shape of the circle)
- Take off the heat and place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour melted butter juices over the chicken.
- Place in oven and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
- Served with lightly grilled baby tomatoes, roasted garlic, caramalized onions and blanched asparagus spears and just before serving add freshly zested lemon
