For the Cheese Sauce:

For the Chips:

  • Frozen potato wedges (prepared as per packaging instructions) 2.6 kg
  • Sunflower oil for deep frying 5000 ml
  1. For the Cheese Sauce:

    • Cook up the Knorr Professional Cheese Sauce, as per on pack instructions.
    • Add half the cheddar cheese (100 g) and mix into the sauce.
    • Mix together the remaining cheese (100 g) with the Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, set aside.
  2. For the Chips:

    • Pre-heat the oil in the deep fryer to 170 °C.
    • In batches, fry the chips until crispy and drain excess oil onto paper towel.
  3. To Assemble:

    • Divide the chips into 10 bowls and portion out cheese sauce over the chips.
    • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and veggie seasoning mix over the top and serve.
