Deep fry the chips and assemble

  • Frozen potato wedges (prepared as per packaging instructions) 2.6 kg
  • Sunflower oil for deep frying 5000 ml
  1. Method:Cheese sauce make up

    • Cookup the Knorr professional cheese sauces, as per on pack instructions
    • Add half the ( 100g) cheddar cheese and mix into the sauce
    • Mix together the remaining cheese with the Robertson's veggie seasoning, set aside
  2. Deep fry the chips and assemble

    • Preheat the oil in the deep fryer to 170 C.
    • In batches fry the chips until crispy and drain off excess oilonto paper towel
    • Divide the chips into 10 bowls and portion out cheese sauce over the chips
    • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and veggie seasoning mixed over the top
    • serve
