  • Sunflower oil 100 ml
  • Butter 100 g
  • 1.2 kg Sweet potato chips (deep fry as per packaging instructions)

  • 1 kg Baby marrows (shaved into ribbons)

  1. Method:

    • Mix the Robertsons Fish Spice, cake flour and Knorr Aromat Naturally Tasty and dust the fish on each side.
    • Heat the pan and add half the oil and half the butter. Fry fish in the pan for 2-3 min on each side. Add the rest of the oil and butter and fry fish until golden and cooked.
    • Season the cooked sweet potato chips with the Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.
    • Dry fry the baby marrow until soft and sprinkle with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
    • Serve the pan-fried fish with sweet potato chips and baby marrow ribbons.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • Ensure that the oil and butter don’t turn black as it will give the fish surface a black colour and burnt taste.
    • Protein option: Chicken breast or calamari can also be used instead of fish.
