- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine the Robertsons Paprika, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Robertsons Barbecue Spice and oil.
- Rub the chicken leg quarters with the spice mixture.
- Transfer the chicken pieces onto a roasting tray and add the sage, whole garlic and cherry tomatoes.
- Roast for ± 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with rice or a salad.
- Use left over chicken for sandwiches, salads and pastas.
