  • Oil, Sunflower 135 ml
  • Chicken pieces 2 kg

To Cook:

  • Sage 15 g
  • Garlic 30 g
  • Cherry tomatoes (rinsed and halved) 372 g

Preparation

  1. To Prep:

    • Preheat oven to 180°C.
    • In a bowl, combine the Robertsons Paprika, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Robertsons Barbecue Spice and oil.
    • Rub the chicken leg quarters with the spice mixture.
  2. To Cook:

    • Transfer the chicken pieces onto a roasting tray and add the sage, whole garlic and cherry tomatoes.
    • Roast for ± 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve with rice or a salad.
  4. Top Tip:

    • Use left over chicken for sandwiches, salads and pastas.
