  1. Method

    • Rinse and strain the samp, cover with water and allow to soak overnight.
    • Strain the water from the samp.
    • Bring the samp, water and Knorr Aromat Original Seasoning to a boil and stir. Reduce the heat, lid on at an angle and allow to simmer for approximately 1.5-2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
    • Once soft and cooked remove from the heat and set aside to serve.
