Grill:

  • Butter 50 g

Preparation

  1. Rub:

    • To make the rub: mix the Robertson’s veggie seasoning, Robertson’s BBQ spice and Robertson’s Paprika and rub onto the meat.
    • Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before grilling.
  2. Grill:

    • Melt the butter and grill the meat to the correct doneness.
    • Allow the grilled meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
