Step 1:

  • Robertsons Fish Spice 40 g
  • Oil 60 g
  • Water (cold) 100 ml
  • 2 kg Pork chump chops (or neck chops, cut in half if too big)
  1. Step 1:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C. Combine ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate for 15 min.
  2. Step 2:

    • Place the marinaded pork in a roasting dish and roast for 30 min or until cooked.
  3. Step 3:

    • Remove from the oven and serve.
  4. Hint:

    Save time by prepping all the recipe ingredients.

    • The marinade mixture can be used on fish, lamb and beef.
