  • Chicken, breast 2.0 kg
  • Coriander, fresh, chopped for garnish 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. To Prep:

    • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
    • Wash the chicken and place in a bowl.
    • Finely chop the fresh coriander.
  2. To Prep the Marinade:

    • Mix together all the ingredients and pour over the chicken fillets and toss together well. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. To Cook:

    • Place the chicken fillets in a roasting tray and roast in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
  4. To Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and serve.
