Step 1

  • Water (boiling) 500.0 ml
  • Plain yoghurt 750.0 g

Step 2

  • CARTE D'OR Strawberry Flavour Sauce 100.0 ml
  • Strawberries (fresh, washed and halved) 5.0 pc
  • As required Mint leaves (fresh for garnish)
  1. Step 1

    • Mix the Carte d’Or Strawberry Jelly with the boiling water until dissolved. Whisk in the yoghurt until well combined. Divide the mixture into 10 clear containers/glasses (125 ml) and place in the fridge to set.
  2. Step 2

    • Once set, pour Carte d’Or Strawberry Flavour Sauce over each jelly and garnish with the strawberries and a mint leaf.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    • Set the jelly on a shallow tray and cut into cubes when set. The strawberry sauce will trickle in between the cubes and give a better presentation. Place chopped fresh strawberries at the bottom of the individual clear cups before pouring the jelly to set.
