Strawberry Yoghurt Jelly Dessert
Your customers will be berry grateful when you serve this fluffy, fruity jelly.
- Mix the Carte d’Or Strawberry Jelly with the boiling water until dissolved. Whisk in the yoghurt until well combined. Divide the mixture into 10 clear containers/glasses (125 ml) and place in the fridge to set.
- Once set, pour Carte d’Or Strawberry Flavour Sauce over each jelly and garnish with the strawberries and a mint leaf.
- Set the jelly on a shallow tray and cut into cubes when set. The strawberry sauce will trickle in between the cubes and give a better presentation. Place chopped fresh strawberries at the bottom of the individual clear cups before pouring the jelly to set.
