To Prep the Marinade:

  1. To Prep:

    • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
    • Wash the chicken and place in a bowl.
  2. To Prep the Marinade:

    • Mix together all the ingredients and pour over the chicken, coat pieces well. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes, refrigerated and covered.
  3. To Cook:

    • Remove from the refrigerator, place in roasting dish and roast in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  4. To Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and serve.
