Chocolate Mousse:

White Chocolate Mousse:

To Assemble:

  1. Chocolate Mousse:

    • Pour the milk into a mixing bowl then add the Carte d’Or Chocolate Mousse. Using an electric whisk, whisk for 1 min on low speed then on high speed for 3 min, set aside.
  2. White Chocolate Mousse:

    • Pour the milk and sherry into a mixing bowl then add the Carte d’Or White Chocolate Mousse. Using an electric whisk, whisk for 1 min on low speed then on high speed for 3 min, set aside.
  3. To Assemble:

    • Scoop the chocolate mousse onto the one side of a piping bag, then add another scoop of the White Chocolate Mousse on the opposite side. Pour half the Carte d’Or Wild Berry Sauce in the middle.
    • Repeat process until the bag is full and pipe into individual clear glasses.
    • Garnish with chocolate shavings and a glazed cherry.
  4. Master Tip:

    • This mousse can be frozen. Defrost at a later date, or serve frozen for a "ice-cream like" texture.
