  • Butter 125.0 g
  • Garlic (crushed) 10.0 g
  • Cloves (whole) 3.0 pc
  • Apple sauce 400.0 ml
  • Apple cider vinegar 10.0 ml
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) 3.0 g
  1. Method:

    • In a saucepan, on medium heat, combine the butter, garlic and cloves, stirring until the butter is melted.
    • Cook for 5 minutes until the butter is lightly browned, stirring occasionally and skimming the foam as necessary.
    • Remove from the heat and strain the butter into a bowl.
    • Whisk in the apple sauce, apple cider vinegar and parsley.
