  1. Chicken A La King

    • Season the chicken breast with Robertsons Chicken Spice
    • Heat the oil in pan and seal the chicken breast.
    • Place in an oven tray and cook till fully cooked.
  2. Sauce:

    • In a pot, add the water, cream, Knorr Chicken Stock Granules and Knorr Classic White Sauce together. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes
  3. Assembly

    • Serve with roasted onions, sauteed wild mushrooms, roasted red pepper puree and chicken veloute drizzled on a plate. Garnish with micro herbs and green pesto
