  1. Method

    1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry onion and peppers until golden brown, 7 - 10 min.
    2. Add chicken livers and continue to fry on medium heat for 10 min or until the chicken livers change colour.
    3. Add Robertsons Chicken Spice Seasoning, stir and cook for 1 min then add Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer for 15 - 20 min on medium heat until sauce is thickened and livers are cooked through.
    4. Once cooked, gently stir through cooked penne pasta.
  2. Chefs Tip

    Take out green pepper and substitute with frozen mixed vegetables. Can substitute penne with macaronni.
