Crème Brûlée Au Chocolat
A classic chocolate crème brûlée topped with a dainty macaron, lush whipped cream and a wild berry sauce.
Chocolate Crème Brûlée:
- Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and whisk until the chocolate has melted, bring to a low simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Pour into glasses or ramekins immediately, cover and allow to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Combine ingredients.
- Place the chocolate crème brûlée ramekin on a plate and garnish.
