Chocolate Crème Brûlée:


  1. Chocolate Crème Brûlée:

    • Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and whisk until the chocolate has melted, bring to a low simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Pour into glasses or ramekins immediately, cover and allow to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Berries:

    • Combine ingredients.
  3. To Plate:

    • Place the chocolate crème brûlée ramekin on a plate and garnish.
  4. Garnish:
