It’s crunch time! A fresh wrap made with a mixture of freshly chopped veggies, shredded slaw mix, and a delicious chickpea mayo seasoned to perfection with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Crunchy veg mix:

    • Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Chickpea mayo:

    • Blitz all the ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Wraps: To assemble


    • Place the wrap on a board, spread with the chickpea mayo, top with baby spinach leaves, followed by the chunky veg mix, roll up the wrap, and slice at and angle. Package, seal, price and serve refrigerated.
  4. Chef Tip:

    • Build a bowl by adding brown rice or even quinoa to the crunchy veg mix and create a grab-and-go salad with added chicken strips.
  5. Take your filling further!
