Spicy roasted chickpeas brought to life in a wrap and drizzled with an authentic sweet chilli mayonnaise.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C.
    2. Mix the vegetables, oil, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning, Robertsons Barbecue Seasoning and chickpeas together, and roast in the oven for 30 min.
    3. Remove from the oven and toss the vegetables in the Knorr Professional Sweet Chilli Sauce and half the Hellmann’s Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise. Set aside.
    4. To assemble: place the wrap on a board, spread with the remaining Hellmann’s Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise, lettuce or rocket and the prepared veggie mix. Roll the wrap, slice in half at an angle, and serve.
  2. Chef’s Tip:

    1. Replace the chickpeas with lentils or even quinoa.
