A creamy, simple dessert menu staple your customers love! Made with Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly and completed with a deliciously creamy Carte D’Or Custard that hits the spot every time.

Preparation

  1. Method:

    1. Mix Carte D’Or Strawberry Jelly granules with the boiling water until granules are dissolved, then add the cold water. 
    2.  Pour the jelly into the desired containers and refrigerate to set. 
    3. Combine the Carte D’Or Custard powder and a little of the milk. 
    4.  Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to the boil. Add the custard mixture to the milk and return to the heat. 
    5.  Bring back to the boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and cool. 
    6.  Once cooled, pour onto the set jelly, garnish and serve.
