  • Lemon zest 5.0 g
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped 2.0 g
  • Fresh garlic (finely chopped) 5.0 g
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1.0 g
  • Linefish of choice 4 x 200 g 800.0 g
  • White wine (optional) 10.0 ml
  • Butter 20.0 g


  1. Method:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the lemon zest, parsley, garlic, Robertsons Lemon & Herb Seasoning and black pepper.
    • Prepare a square shape with greaseproof paper. Fold the edges to make a border.
    • Position the fish to the edge, top with the marinade mixture, butter and white wine onto the presentation side of the fish.
    • Fold over the other edge of greaseproof paper and close edges. Bake in oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
    • Remove from paper, place the fish on a serving plate and pour over the cooking juices. Serve with spicy new potatoes.
