  1. Method:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the lemon zest, parsley, garlic, Knorr Lemon & Herb Dry Marinade and black pepper.
    • Prepare a square shape with greaseproof paper. Fold the edges to make a border.
    • Position the fish to the edge, top with the marinade mixture,butter and white wine onto the presentation side of the fish.
    • Fold over the other edge of greaseproof paper and close edges. Bake in oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
    • Remove from paper, place the fish on a serving plate and pour over the cooking juices. Serve with spicy new potatoes.
