Preparation

  1. Fried Chicken

    1. Coat chicken: Dip chicken in water, dredge breading, roll the chicken in breading 10 times and press 7 times and roll 10 times. Deep-fry chicken in 170 °C oil for 4-5 min.
  2. Nanban Sauce

    1. In a bowl, mix Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise, mashed egg, another ingredents and adjust salt or lemon juice.
