Orange, Cumin Jus
Meaty gravy with infusion of orange and cumin, delicious complement to roast meats such as pork or chicken
100% Orange juice 1 l
Cumin (toasted) 2 g
Water 750 ml
- In a saucepan, bring the orange juice and toasted cumin to the boil. Reduce until thick.
- Add the made up Knorr Classic Brown Sauce Gravy(pre-made as per package directions 750ml water and 75g Knorr Classic Brown sauce gravy base)
- Boil for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Makes about 1 litre
- Serve with pork or chicken, coriander and sautéed mixed vegetables.
