Elevate your pizza offering with this Prego-marinated steak pizza that packs both zest and zing.

Preparation

  1. Method

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. 
    2. Marinate the rump steak in the Knorr Professional Prego Sauce for 30 min. 
    3. Spread the Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto on the pizza bases then sprinkle on the garlic and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning. 
    4. Evenly divide the mozzarella cheese and place on top of the tomato base, take note to leave a 1 cm border. Top with the onions, green pepper, mushrooms, and marinated rump steak. 
    5. Bake in the oven for 10 min or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. 
    6. Drizzle with Knorr Professional Prego Sauce and garnish with rocket. 
    7. Serve immediately.  
  2. Chef's tip:

    1. Replace the rump with cooked chicken cubes.
