  • Basmati rice 800.0 g

  • Sunflower oil 80.0 ml
  • Onion (finely chopped) 250.0 g
  • Carrots (diced) 240.0 g

  • Red pepper 150.0 g
  • Green peppers (diced) 150.0 g
  • Baby marrow (diced) 200.0 g
  • Mushrooms (sliced) 100.0 g

Step 4

  1. Step 1

    • Cook rice as per instruction and set aside.
  2. Step 2

    • Heat oil, fry onions and carrots.
  3. Step 3

    • Add peppers, baby marrows, mushrooms and fry for 5 to 8 min.
  4. Step 4

    • Add turmeric and KNORROX ALL-IN-ONE SPICE. Mix well, reduce heat to prevent burning.
  5. Step 5

    • When veggies are soft, add mixture to the cooked rice and mix well.
