Wholesome and nutritious, featuring a rainbow of flavours and colours. It’s quick and easy and packed with healthy goodness.
- Cook rice as per instruction and set aside.
- Heat oil, fry onions and carrots.
- Add peppers, baby marrows, mushrooms and fry for 5 to 8 min.
- Add turmeric and KNORROX ALL-IN-ONE SPICE. Mix well, reduce heat to prevent burning.
- When veggies are soft, add mixture to the cooked rice and mix well.
