Preparation

  1. Step 1

    • Finely chop the onions. 
    • Cook the pasta as per pack instructions, rinse under cold water, strain and set aside until later. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and cumin for 1 minute, then add the mince and brown.
  2. Step 2

    • De-seed and chop the chilli. Drain the corn kernels, chickpeas and red kidney beans. Roughly chop the coriander.
    • Add the Knorr Professional Aromat Original, chilli, Knorr Professional Tomato Pronto and coriander (10 g) and continue to cook for 10 to 15 min. Add the corn, chickpeas, red kidney beans and coriander (10 g) and stir through and cook for 5 min. 
  3. Step 3

    • Toss through the pasta, remove from the heat and serve as a grab-and-go option which can be served hot or cold.
  4. Chef's Tip:

    • Replace the chickpeas with lentils or alternatively replace the beef mince with cubed chicken or leftover shredded rotisserie chicken.
