Wicked Chocolate Mousse
This spirited, chocolatey mousse is bursting in flavour and made even more delicious with an ultra trendy coral tuile and delectable raspberry forest.
- Using an electric whisk attachment, mix together the CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse mix, milk and cream for 1 minute, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then mix on high speed for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the brandy and mix for 1 minute. Place in a piping bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Mix together the cornstarch and the CARTE D'OR Strawberry Flavour Sauce and add together with the remaining ingredients to a saucepan. While stirring continuously, bring the mixture to the boil and allow to thicken for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Pipe the chocolate mousse onto the plate, drizzle with the raspberry forest and garnish.
