  • Red onion (thinly sliced) 200.0 g
  • Coriander (finely chopped) 10.0 g
  • Mint leaves (roughly torn) 10.0 g
  • Red pepper (thinly sliced) 200.0 g
  • Sesame seeds (toasted, for garnish) 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Chicken:

    Dip the chicken in water, then dip in the Knorr Professional Spicy Chicken Breading, toss the chicken 10 times, press down 7 times and toss again 10 times. Deep fry at 160 °C until cooked.
  2. Dressing:

    Combine the dressing ingredients together.
  3. Salad:

    Combine all salad ingredients together, toss through the dressing.
  4. To Serve:

    Plate the salad. Arrange the crispy chicken on the tossed salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mint.
  5. Chef’s Tip:

    If you do not want spicy chicken you can use the Knorr Professional Original Chicken Breading. The dressing can be made well in advance.
