Coating Flour:

  1. Batter:

    • In a bowl, mix together the Knorr Original Chicken Breading, oil and water.
    • Whisk the egg whites to a stiff peak and fold into the breading mixture.
  2. Coating Flour:

    • Mix the Knorr Original Chicken Breading with flour.
    • Coat the chicken feet in the coating flour anddustoff the excess.
    • Follow this by dipping the chicken feetin the batter, then by dipping them in the coating flour again.
    • Deep-fry in preheated oil for 15 minutes at 160◦C or until golden brown.
