  • Tuna(canned) 225.0 g
  • Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed) 180.0 g
  • Red onion(diced) 110.0 g
  • Cucumber (diced) 60.0 g
  • Tomato (diced) 120.0 g
  • Lemon juice 30.0 ml
  • Olive oil 30.0 ml
  • Fresh mint (chopped) 30.0 g

Step 3

  • Wraps (gluten-free) 10.0 whole
  • Rocket leaves 100.0 g

Tuna wrapped up with white beans and balsamic mayonnaise made with Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise and topped with freshly chopped mint.

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Balsamic Mayonnaise:
    1. Combine Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar and reserve.
  2. Step 2

    For the the Wrap:
    1. Combine quinoa, tuna, cannellini beans, red onion, cucumber, and tomato. Set aside.
    2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil and mint. Whisk well to combine. Drizzle over tuna mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Step 3

    1. Build wraps with prepared balsamic mayonnaise, tuna salad and rocket leaves.
  4. Chefs Tip

    Substitute quinoa with couscous and cannellini beans with dried legumes.
