  • 200g Baby butternut (cut in half)
  • 250g Orange butternut wedges (seeds intact)
  • 10g Spring onions (finely sliced)
  • 10g Almonds (roughly chopped)
  • Butter 20.0 g
  1. Butternut:

    • Using a griddle pan, grill the butternut on all sides, brush with oil and season with the Knorr Aromat, then place in the oven to cook through.
    • In a frying pan, melt the butter, then add the Knorr Sweet Chilli Sauce.
    • Once heated through, add the spring onions.
  2. Serving suggestion:

    • Drizzle the sauce over the hot butternut and sprinkle with the almonds.
