With Almond and Sweet Chilli Spring Onion Dressing.
- Using a griddle pan, grill the butternut on all sides, brush with oil and season with the Knorr Aromat, then place in the oven to cook through.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter, then add the Knorr Sweet Chilli Sauce.
- Once heated through, add the spring onions.
Drizzle the sauce over the hot butternut and sprinkle with the almonds.
