To Prep:

To Cook:


  1. To Prep:

    20 minutes
    • Top and tail the baby marrow and slice lengthways.
    • Cut the peppadews in half
    • Crumble the feta cheese.
  2. To Cook:

    • Mix together the Hellmann's Greek Salad Dressing, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and honey to make a salad dressing.
    • Pour the salad dressing over the baby marrow and toss with rocket leaves, peppadews, feta and mint leaves.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve alongside gammon or roast turkey.
  4. Top Tip:

    • Halve the baby marrow quantity and replace with shaved carrots for extra texture and colour.
