Spinach & Feta Mash
Featuring baby spinach and feta cheese, this clever recipe takes mashed potatoes to a whole new level. We love it as a St. Patrick’s Day side!
- Dry fry the spinach and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and feta and allow most of the water to evaporate. Set aside.
- To make the mash: bring the water, Knorr Aromat Original and butter to the boil. Remove from the heat.
- Pour in the cold milk followed by the Knorr Professional Mash Flakes and stir until combined and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
- Add the spinach and feta mixture into the mash and mix through.
