  1. Method:

    • Dry fry the spinach and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and feta and allow most of the water to evaporate. Set aside.
    • To make the mash: bring the water, Knorr Aromat Original and butter to the boil. Remove from the heat.
    • Pour in the cold milk followed by the Knorr Mash Flakes and stir until combined and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
    • Add the spinach and feta mixture into the mash and mix through.
