  • Baby spinach (washed and chopped) 400.0 g
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) 100.0 g
  • Boiling water 1.1 l
  • Milk (cold) 500.0 ml
  • Butter 100.0 g
  1. Method:

    • Dry fry the spinach and Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and feta and allow most of the water to evaporate. Set aside.
    • To make the mash: bring the water, Knorr Aromat Original and butter to the boil. Remove from the heat.
    • Pour in the cold milk followed by the Knorr Professional Mash Flakes and stir until combined and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
    • Add the spinach and feta mixture into the mash and mix through.
